We met on February 4th at Highlands Presbyterian Church for a town hall meeting to discuss the finances of the church. The point of meeting at Highlands instead of in our building was to remember that we are a congregation first and we connect with the church building second. We can be church outside of these walls. The year 2023 marked a period of steadfast service for First Christian Church. Under Pastor Aerii's continued leadership, the congregation maintained its commitment to the goals established in previous years while looking ahead to the rapidly approaching centennial celebration in January 2026.

OpporTUNAty Knocks With 3 months left, FCC has reached ~70% of its 2025 goal to collect 2520 cans of tuna for NEEDS, Inc. Thanks to all who have brought in tuna year-round! The church celebrated what was officially termed the "91¾ anniversary celebration" in 2017, compensating for an oversight that prevented the proper 90th anniversary celebration in 2016.
