I grew up in western Montana for most of my childhood but also spent time living in southern California, Massachusetts, Texas, Washington, Arizona, and most recently western Kansas. I felt the call to ministry when I was fourteen years old at church camp and have attempted to make God a priority in my life every since.  I love spending time with my family, my spouse and two small children, and outdoors, but I also love geeky things like Battlestar Galactica, Star Trek, and the DC Universe. God’s call in our world is strong and pulls us in directions that are scary. But our call is firm and clear—we are called to make disciples, to share the personal impact Christ has on our lives, and to do it with hope for tomorrow.
